Quick Tip - How to Install DocuSign Ink on Your iPad

Did you know DocuSign has a mobile application?  It’s called DocuSign Ink and it lets you sign and send documents from your mobile device.  This tip walks you through the steps of installing DocuSign Ink on your iPad.  The steps are similar for installing DocuSign Ink on an iPhone or other iOS devices.

First, make sure your device is connected to the Internet.  If it’s not, none of this will work very well.  From the home screen, tap the blue “App Store” icon.

Once the “App Store” has opened, tap the search bar in the upper right corner of the screen.  Search for DocuSign Ink.

The search results show DocuSign Ink and DocuSign Ink for Good .  Tap the DocuSign Ink “Free” button and then tap “Install” to begin downloading the app.  You might be prompted to enter your Apple ID Password.

Once DocuSign Ink has downloaded and installed, you are ready to sign and send documents from your iPad.  DocuSign Ink automatically appears on one of your home screens.  If you don’t already have a DocuSign account, open the app and tap “Sign Up” and follow the on screen instructions to sign up for an account.  If you already have an account, open it up, sign in using the same login credentials as your  existing DocuSign account, and you’re good to go!
