Quick Tip- Filtering and Finding Your Documents

Today's Quick Tip demonstrates how to find all of your documents that are stored in your DocuSign account. This feature eliminates the hassle of having to scroll through numerous documents in order to find the document you’re looking for-saving you both time and energy. Once you have signed into your DocuSign account, follow the steps below to locate your documents. 


Step 1: Click the ‘documents’ tab on the navigation bar

The ‘Documents’ tab is located on the left side of the screen and second tab down. By clicking this tab you will have access to all documents stored in your DocuSign account. Think of this as your DocuSign File cabinet.


Step 2: Click the ‘filter’ button

Tap the "Filter" button to filter your documents by status; out for signature, awaiting my signature, completed, or draft options are available. 

By clicking on a document, you can view the document status. In the example below, the PTO request is waiting for Robin Joy to sign.

The filtering option is another way that DocuSign is saving you time and energy in keeping business digital.  Happy DocuSigning!
